Heedless of the wind and weather...

Here we are with our humble tree - just the right size for the amount of ornaments we have -and this is us getting ready for a church Christmas party. It was a nice break this year not to have any formal affairs to attend! Erin had TWO babysitters (Steph and Vanessa) and did very well despite being nervous about the new experience...

We're heading back to Texas this week and hoping like crazy that there are no new mutant viruses making the rounds again :-) If you're reading this from the Lone Star state, we hope to see you while we're there. Drop us an email or just stop by the Warren house and say hello!

Remember, there are no "small" trees, only too much green for the ornaments. John Wooden said he never lost a basketball game, he just ran out of time. See the connection?

And what did Veronica feed that newborn while you were away? Frosty? Blizzard? Dr Pepper? Enquiring minds want to know.

For those of you who inquired, I fed Erin pepperoni pizza, peanut butter and jelly, a peppermint patty, apple juice, and water. She really liked the peppermint patty - she's taking after her mother. For some reason she liked me better than Steph after I gave her that peppermint patty. ;-)

yes you did see this sweater at Target, but you probably don't want to borrow mine... i got the wrong size but didn't have time to take it back. it was HUGE on me :-(

dad, i promise i knew nothing of the evil treats provided to your granddaughter by her wayward caretakers...

Annie and Kristen you two can practice what I have with my friends: OCF (open closets forever!) Very nice picture of you two, by the way.

sorry, two different referents/reflexive pronouns there (just like my diss director points out). The second "you two" refers to Annie and Caleb. [sheesh!]
